Delete Your Atom Account

You can request the deletion of your Atom account at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

From the Atom App:

  1. 1

    Log in to Atom.

  2. 2

    Go to ProfileSettings

  3. 3

    Select Delete Account.

  4. 4

    Follow the prompts to confirm your request.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.

What Happens Next?

  • Your account will be deactivated and scheduled for deletion.

  • Access to Atom services will be removed.

  • Personal data that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymized.

  • Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws, regulations, fraud prevention, or security obligations.
